Emily Bett Rickards is a Canadian born actress. Her fame was primarily in the United States for her role as Felicity Smoak in The CW series Arrow. Rickards was raised in British Columbia. As a child, Rickards began her journey by exploring musical theater, and then dance. Then, she wanted to introduce herself to professional acting. She graduated from high school earlier and enrolled in the Vancouver Film School, completing the Acting Essentials Course. Following the completion of the course, she auditioned for an open audition, which led to a booking agent. Alida Vocal Studio is located in Vancouver. Her chemistry was with Stephen Amell, positive feedback from fans and her sarcastic remarks led to an initial signing as a single-episode guest star.
