Emma Rose Kenney, an American actor from the United States. She portrayed Deborah Gallagher (Debbie) on Shameless between 2011 and 2021. Harris Conner Healy is the character she played in the tenth season of Roseanne and The Conners which was its spin-off. Kenney, born September 14 in 1999, is from New York City. Kevin Kenney (a sports writer formerly of the New York Post) and Gillian Kenney (a criminal defence lawyer) is her mother. Emma Kenney's birthplace is similar to her Shameless co-star Emmy Rossum. Kenney (19) was raised in Manhattan and she plays Debbie, the sassy child in Showtime's Shameless. She actually spent much of her youth in the Garden State. Kenney is also known for her role in the role of Darlene's (Sara Gilbert) daughter Harris in the Roseanne revival.
